Wheat Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large eggs
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe:
1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin cups.
3.In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4.In another bowl, whisk together the honey, applesauce, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
5.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
6.Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
7.Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
8.Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
