Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

This policy applies to customers in India. International customers please contact us directly at info@brightorganik.com or via phone for return/exchange requests.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, item(s) must be in original sealed/unopened condition and in original packaging, including any complimentary gift items received with the order. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items where we will arrange and cover return pickup.

Exchanges
If approved for an exchange, we will replace the item(s) with the same or equivalent product. We will cover outbound shipping for the replacement. Return shipping for exchange requests is to be borne by the customer, except for damaged/defective/wrong item cases.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photo/video evidence at info@brightorganik.com or via our Contact Us page. We will arrange return pickup at no cost to you and issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please follow the return process above if needed after delivery.
