Turmeric Latte

Ingredients:
1 cup of organic milk or plant-based milk (such as almond, coconut or oat milk)
1 teaspoon of organic turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of organic cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon of organic ginger powder
1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Recipe:
1.Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it starts to steam.
2.Add turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger powder to the milk and whisk until well combined.
3.Continue to heat the milk and whisk the mixture for 1-2 minutes until it becomes frothy.
4.Remove the pan from the heat and pour the mixture into a mug.
5.If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup to sweeten.
