Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup organic tahini paste
1/4 cup organic extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup organic lemon juice
2 organic garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp organic ground cumin
1/2 tsp organic paprika
1/4 tsp organic cayenne pepper
1/4 cup water
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1.In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini paste, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
2.Pulse until the ingredients are well blended and form a smooth paste.
3.With the food processor running, slowly add the water until the hummus reaches your desired consistency.
4.Add salt to taste and pulse to combine.
5.Serve the hummus immediately or transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
