Unlock the secret to an unforgettable biryani experience by embracing the essence of organic ingredients. Discover the joy of preparing a dish that nourishes both body and soul, celebrating the flavors of organic goodness and the richness of cultural culinary traditions.

Ingredients:

2 cups Bright Organik basmati rice

1 pound organic vegetables or chicken, cut into pieces

1 cup organic plain yogurt

1 tablespoon organic ginger paste

1 tablespoon organic garlic paste

1 organic onion, sliced

2 organic tomatoes, chopped

2-3 organic green chilies, chopped

1 tablespoon organic biryani masala

1 tablespoon organic ghee or oil

Salt to taste

Organic cilantro for garnish

Recipe:

1.Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2.In a bowl, mix the chicken, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.

3.Heat the ghee or oil in a pot. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes, biryani masala, and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft.

4.Add the marinated chicken and sauté for a few minutes until it is slightly browned.

5.Add the soaked rice and stir until the rice is coated with the chicken and spice mixture. Add 3 cups of water and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.

6.Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with cilantro before serving. Enjoy your organic biryani!
