Almond milk Smoothie made from Organic Almond

Almond Smoothie

Indulge in the creamy and nourishing goodness of our Almond Smoothie, a delightful blend of organic almonds, fresh fruits, and a touch of sweetness. This smoothie is a perfect choice for a quick and nutritious breakfast or a refreshing snack any time of the day.

Ingredients:

Almond Milk:

1 cup of raw almonds

4 cups of filtered water

1-2 dates or other sweetener of your choice (optional)

Pinch of salt (optional

Smoothie:

1 banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen berries

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe:

1.Soak the almonds in water overnight or for at least 6-8 hours.

2.Drain the almonds and rinse them with fresh water.

3.Place the almonds in a blender along with 4 cups of filtered water.

4.Add sweetener and a pinch of salt, if desired.

5.Blend the mixture on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.

6.Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or a cheesecloth to remove any almond pulp.

7.Transfer the almond milk to a container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

8.In a blender, add the banana, almond milk, frozen berries, almond butter, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.

9.Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.

10.Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness as needed with more honey.

11.Serve the almond milk smoothie immediately, garnished with extra berries if desired.

Note: You can adjust the amount of water used to make your almond milk thinner or thicker, depending on your preference. Also, you can add vanilla extract or other flavorings to enhance the taste.
